MTLEY CRE Suing Another Former Manager

June 11, 2008

According to TMZ.com, the members of MTLEY CRE have filed yet another lawsuit against their former management, once again claiming they're the victims of greed and shady deals.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, band members say manager Burt Stein (who reportedly served as Vince Neil's best man at Vince's January 2005 Las Vegas wedding to Lia Gerardini) and his management companies were supposed to watch their back but instead took money and made backroom deals without their permission so they could cash in on the band's popularity.

If this sounds familiar, it is. Back in 2007 the band sued another manager, essentially alleging the same thing. That case was settled.
