MUDVAYNE: Tour Dates Announced

December 23, 2004

Epic Records has set a March 29, 2005 tentative release date for the third MUDVAYNE album, "Lost and Found".

The follow-up to 2002's gold-certified "The End of All Things to Come", "Lost and Found" was recorded at The Plant studio in Sausalito, California with producer Dave Fortman (former UGLY KID JOE guitarist),who has previously worked with SUPERJOINT RITUAL and EVANESCENCE, among others. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Fucking Determined" (first single),"Just", "Happy" and "Pushing Through". Photos from the video shoot for "Fucking Determined", which took place on October 17 at The Avalon (formerly the Limelight) in New York City, have been posted online at this location.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine, MUDVAYNE guitarist Greg Tribbett said of the album, "People are gonna be surprised by the rawness. Instead of being all slick, we're definitely going for a raw sound on this record. The last one was pretty smooth and the first record, 'L.D. 50', was raw, so we're kind of mixing it up a little bit."
