MUNICIPAL WASTE: Songpier App Now Available

The free app enables you to listen to the fifth MUNICIPAL WASTE album, "The Fatal Feast", while reading the corresponding lyrics, check out MUNICIPAL WASTE's entire discography, biography, tour dates, and get news and information on the band, and be able to purchase any album or piece of merchandise using your smartphone. All you have to do is bookmark this URL on the home screen of your smartphone and you'll be able to access it over and over again like a regular mobile app.
As previously reported, "The Fatal Feast" sold around 2,700 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD landed at No. 3 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200. The band's previous effort, "Massive Aggressive", opened with around 2,100 copies back in September 2009 to debut at No. 10 on the Heatseekers chart.
"The Fatal Feast" was released on April 10 in North America and April 13 in Europe via Nuclear Blast Records. The cover artwork for the CD was created by Justin Osbourn of Slasher Design and can be seen below.

Both the digipack and vinyl editions include the bonus track "Eviction Party".
"The Fatal Feast" features guest appearances by John Connelly (guitarist and vocalist for NUCLEAR ASSAULT),Steve Moore (who plays bass and synthesizers for ZOMBI),and vocalist Tim Barry (ex-AVAIL).
The "The Fatal Feast" video can be seen below. The clip was filmed with director Jeff Speed of Halo Of Flies in Los Angeles on the former set of the space western television series "Firefly".
