MY SHADOW: Video Footage From The Studio Posted Online

February 10, 2009

Canadian metallers MY SHADOW entered MS Studios in Ottawa, Ontario on January 12 to begin recording the long-awaited follow up to 2007's "We All Fall Down" EP.

Commented the band: "We posted online a new video [see below] of Larry [Belisle, guitar] recording a ghost track that will be used for the recording of the other instruments. The pre-production is going great and we think we found a great bass and guitar sound that will blow your mind."

The band spent the majority of 2008 writing new material for the 2009 release and playing the local circuit with such acclaimed acts as NORTHER, NEFASTUS DIES and WARCALL.
