MYSTIC PROPHECY Parts Ways With Guitarist, Bassist

July 24, 2008

Guitarist Martin Grimm and bassist Martin Albrecht have left MYSTIC PROPHECY, the melodic power metal band featuring VALLEY'S EVE vocalist Roberto Dimitri Liapakis. According to a press release, the split was amicable and can be attributed primarily to Grimm and Albrecht's desire to focus on family life. The duo will play their last show with group in October. In the meantime, MYSTIC PROPHECY has launched a search for Grimm and Albrecht's replacements. Interested parties can contact the group at:

MYSTIC PROPHECY released its latest album, "Satanic Curses", on October 19, 2007 via Armageddon Music. A single, entitled "Dark Forces", preceded the full-length CD in August.
