NAKED BEGGARS Announces New Touring Guitarist

November 12, 2008

NAKED BEGGARS, the band featuring CINDERELLA bassist Eric Brittingham and his wife Inga (vocals),has issued the following update:

"NAKED BEGGARS are happy to welcome Brandon Gibbs as our guitar player for the upcoming shows! Kris [Casamento] has prior obligations and could not play these shows. Brandon is familiar with our music from being on tour with us with the GIBBS BROTHERS BAND and we already have a great chemistry with him. Eric will be joining Brandon for some acoustic shows, as well as some GIBBS BROTHERS shows, in December also. We have been taking some time off to write and pursue other ventures, but we've been itching to play live again and can't wait to get back out on the road!"

NAKED BEGGARS earlier in the year made its third CD, "XXX", available via the group's official web site.

Founded by Inga Brittingham and guitarist Kris Casamento, NAKED BEGGARS offers up a choice blend of classic, modern and southern rock with a subtle shot of blues.

The band previously released a self-titled debut in 2003 and the follow-up, "Spit It Out", in 2005.

NAKED BEGGARS parted ways with CINDERELLA guitarist Jeff LaBar in April 2007.
