NAPALM DEATH Flip-Flopping Stage Times With EXODUS On U.S. Tour

September 1, 2006

NAPALM DEATH bassist Shane Embury has posted the following message on the band's official web site:

"Just arrived... Been in the States now for a few hours. Delays in getting our transport hooked up and just this minute our friend's van (who is transporting our gear) has just broken down on the way to conneticut — sorry CJ. So all in all things are going to plan NAPALM style.

"Just to let you guys know that we will be flip-flopping stage times with EXODUS on this forthcoming tour so if you guys want to check us or EXODUS out you should try and get there early.

"See you at the Palladium in Worcester tomorrow [Sept. 1]."

As previously reported, a brand new NAPALM DEATH track, entitled "When All Is Said and Done", ahs been made available for streaming at this location. The song comes off the British grindcore pioneers' new album, "Smear Campaign", due on September 19 via Century Media Records (one day earlier inernationally). The follow-up to last year's "The Code Is Red…Long Live the Code" was recorded at Foel Studios in Wales, England and features a guest appearance by THE GATHERING frontwoman Anneke van Giersbergen.

NAPALM DEATH's current "Monsters Of Mayhem" North American tour also features HATEBREED, EXODUS, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, DESPISED ICON and FIRST BLOOD. A European headlining trek will follow mid-October.
