NASTY IDOLS Returning To U.K. For First Time Since 1993

April 12, 2007

Legendary Swedish sleaze-glam band NASTY IDOLS has officially confirmed its first U.K. tour in nearly 14 years. Having just finished a brief tour of Italy on the heels of last year's triumphant performance at the Sweden Rock Festival in support of its "best-of" collection "Swedish Sleaze Collection" and their re-released last three albums ("Cruel Intention", "Vicious" and "Heroes For Sale", on Swedmetal Records),the NASTY IDOLS are gearing up to release their latest DVD and a brand new album which they are currently writing and recording.

Lead singer Andy Pierce comments: "It's been far too long since we visited the UK and we're all incredibly excited to be making it over at last, especially to the famous Wildside club in Nottingham and to get to play in London again! We have our good friends CRAZY LIXX coming over with us, so the only thing I can tell the good people in the U.K. is expect pure f**kin' sleazy rock'n'roll destruction!!"

The confirmed U.K. dates with support from fast rising Swedish stars of glam CRAZY LIXX are as follows:

May 05 - Nottingham - Wildside Club, Junktion7 (with SPIT LIKE THIS)
May 06 - London - Bar Monsta
May 07 - Brighton - Engine Rooms (with SPIT LIKE THIS)
