NECRONOMICON: New Video Interview With ROB THE WITCH

Freelance photographer Malcolm Garneau conducted an interview with guitarist/vocalist Rob "The Witch" Tremblay of the Quebec, Canada-based black/death metal band NECRONOMICON on September 15, 2010 in Montreal, Queebec, Canada. You can now watch the chat below (in French, with English subtitles).

Bassist Diego "D" recently announced his departure from NECRONOMICON in order to undertake "different professional and personal projects" that he wouldn't be "able to do simultaneously with [his previous] band duties."

NECRONOMICON's latest album, "The Return Of The Witch", was released in June via Austria's Napalm Records. The CD was mastered with reputed engineer Maor Appelbaum (HALFORD, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, THERION) and features guest appearances by Arianne Fleury (ex-AUGURY) and Roxanne Constantin (NEGATIVA, QUO VADIS), among others.

The band's "The Time is Now" video can be viewed below. The clip was shot in 2008 with Benoit Nantel (GHOULUNATICS, URBAN ALIEN, LES ECORCHES) who "did his best to capture the band's atmosphere and power."
