NECRONOMICON recently inked a deal with Xtreem Music. The group' sixth full-length album, "Revenge of the Beast", was released on December 15 in limited edition of 1,000 copies on double CD to celebrate the band's 25th anniversary. There are also exclusive and very limited NECRONOMICON shirts being sold along with the double CD as a special-priced pack (CD+shirt),available only through the Xtreem Music mailorder.

The double-CD version of "Revenge of the Beast" features two different recordings of the same album — the original version, which was produced, mixed and mastered by Achim Köhler; and a second version which was completed "in the style of the '80s" at Temple Studio with Oliver Noack and NECRONOMICON at the production helm.

NECRONOMICON recently returned from a three-date mini-tour of Russia.
