NERVECELL: New Album Title, Artwork Revealed

Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based death/thrash metallers NERVECELL have set "Psychogenocide" as the title of their new album, due late March in Europe through Lifeforce Records and Spellbind Records in the Middle East. The CD cover artwork was designed by was created by Björn Goosses of Killustrations (ABORTED, SEVERE TORTURE, ZYKLON) and is a concept which NERVECELL has been working on for quite a while. The band is said to be "extremely proud of how it has turned out," as it "perfectly match[es] the aggression and musical direction of the new album."

The follow-up to 2008's "Preaching Venom", "Psychogenocide" is scheduled to be mixed and mastered at Hertz Studios (BEHEMOTH, DECAPITATED, VADER) in Bialystok, Poland by the Wieslawscy Bros.

Commented the band: "The new songs are sounding aggressive, fast and dark! The fans can expect a heavy dosage of old-school death metal, modern thrash metal, intertwined with our touch of Eastern melodies and brutality."

Released in April 2008 in the Middle East (via Spellbind Records),"Preaching Venom" featured PSYCROPTIC's David Haley (also of THE AMENTA, RUINS) on drums. The CD was mixed at Hertz Studio (VADER, DECAPITATED, HATE) in Poland by Wieslawscy Bros. and was mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music (SEPULTURA, SUFFOCATION, UNEARTH) in New Windsor, New York.
