NEVERMORE: 'Born' Video To Receive 'Headbanger's Ball' Premiere This Weekend

January 26, 2007

NEVERMORE's video for "Born", the blistering opening track from "This Godless Endeavor", is set to make its "Headbanger's Ball" debut Saturday night, January 27 on MTV2 at 10:00 p.m. EST/ 7:00 p.m. PST. The clip was shot by acclaimed director Derek Dale (AS I LAY DYING),resulting in a thought-provoking conceptual piece. If you can't wait to see it, click here to check it out now.

NEVERMORE had an extremely successful 2006, which saw them tour Europe as direct support to DISTURBED and embark on two U.S. tours alongside IN FLAMES, ARCH ENEMY and CHIMAIRA, in addition to performing at a dozen premiere metal festivals around the globe, including the renowned Wacken Open Air and Monsters of Rock. The group also shot footage throughout the year for an upcoming DVD, which will include behind-the-scenes footage, promotional clips and a majestic performance composed of tracks spanning their entire career.

NEVERMORE recently commenced the writing process for their much-anticipated new effort. The band should enter the studio this summer.

NEVERMORE vocalist Warrel Dane last year collaborated with former SOILWORK guitarist Peter Wichers on material for Dane's first solo album. The CD is expected to include an appearance by Warrel's former SANCTUARY (pre-NEVERMORE) bandmate Dave Budbill (currently in ZEROCREEP) on drums. No information is presently available regarding the album's musical direction or possible release date.
