NEVERMORE Guitarist Performs With ANNIHILATOR In Japan

September 22, 2007

NEVERMORE guitarist Jeff Loomis joined ANNIHILATOR on stage Saturday night (September 22) at Club Citta in Tokyo, Japan to perform the song "Clown Parade".

Loomis previously recorded a guest solo on the recorded version of "Clown Parade", which is included on ANNIHILATOR's latest album, "Metal", available now on SPV Records.

NEVERMORE and ANNIHILATOR are taking part in the the Thrash Domination 07 festival on September 22-23 at Club Citta in Tokyo, Japan. Also appearing on the bill are DESTRUCTION and NUCLEAR ASSAULT.

NEVERMORE members Warrel Dane (vocals) and Jeff Loomis (guitar) were the featured guests on "Metal Shop" on Seattle's KISW 99.9 FM on July 28, 2007. The program is available for streaming: Hour 1, Hour 2, Hour 3. (Note: Warrel and Jeff appear during the last two hours.)

NEVERMORE has begun the songwriting process for the follow-up to 2005's "This Godless Endeavor", tentatively due next year via Century Media Records. "Jeff just gave me a new song to work on and it fucking crushes!" Dane said in late June. "Since all [the songs for my upcoming solo album] have been pretty much finished for some time, I'm working hard on the new NEVERMORE stuff, and man, Jeff is kicking some major ass!"
