1349: New Album Title Revealed

Norwegian black metallers 1349 have set "Revelations Of The Black Flame" as the title of their new album, tentatively due in the spring. As with both "Hellfire" (2005) and "Beyond the Apocalypse" (2004),the new CD was recorded at StudioStudio Nyhagen in Bøverbru, Norway, and is being co-mixed by none other than Tom Gabriel Fischer of CELTIC FROST.

1349 will embark on a short North American tour in March. The details are as follows:

Mar. 05 - San Marcos, CA @ Jumping Turtle

Tickets are on sale through EnterTheVault.com and all normal ticketing outlets. Plans exist for the band to return later in 2009 for more extensive touring.

1349 released its third studio album, "Hellfire", in the U.S. in October 2005 via Candlelight Records. The CD was supported by a North American tour with CELTIC FROST.
