NIGHTMARE Parts Ways With Guitarist, Announces Replacement

French power metallers NIGHTMARE have parted ways with longtime guitarist Alex Hilbert due to "private reasons," according to a posting on the band's web site. A replacement axeman has already been recruited in the shape of JC Jess.

In other news, NIGHTMARE has been confirmed tot appear at the Paris Metal France Festival III on Saturday, January 3, 2009at La Loco in Paris.

"Queen Of Love & Pain", the latest video from NIGHTMARE, can be viewed below. The clip was shot with French director Stéphane Gilbart and was filmed with the collaboration of Israeli model Jasmin Kedem.

"Queen Of Love & Pain" comes off the group's latest album, "Genetic Disorder", which was released in North America on February 5. The CD, which came out in Europe on October 31, 2007 via Regain Records, was recorded at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden with producers Fredrik Nordström and Henrik Udd (IN FLAMES, HAMMERFALL, DIMMU BORGIR, ARCH ENEMY).
