NIGHTWISH: 'Nemo' Single Certified Gold

NIGHTWISH's brand-new single "Nemo" has been certified gold in Finland after selling more than 5,000 copies within one week of its release.

In other news, Sonera Plaza is reporting that the group's new studio album, "Once", will be available in Finland on June 2 — several days ahead of its previously announced June 7 European release date. Two versions of the CD will be available: the regular version and a special box set containing all kinds of extra collector's items but no bonus tracks.

Also on the NIGHTWISH front, the group are scheduled to follow up their late-summer North American tour with a two-week Finnish tour in September-October, a Scandinavian trek in October/November and a South American tour in November/December before returning home around December 16. Touring will resume early next year.
