NIGHTWISH: 'Nemo Single Unstoppable

May 27, 2004

NIGHTWISH's current single "Nemo" has exceeded all sales expectations thus far, according to a posting on the Nuclear Blast Records web site. In its third week of European release, the song has climbed to position No. 8 in the German single charts — the group's highest chart showing ever in that country. Other European chart positions are as follows:

Hungary: No.1
Greece: No. 2
Norway: No. 5
Slovenia: No. 8
Switzerland: No. 16
Austria: No. 20
Netherlands: No. 64

As previously reported, NIGHTWISH have set a June 7 Finnish release date through Spinefarm Records for their new album, "Once". NIGHTWISH will launch their world tour in support of "Once", dubbed "Once Upon A Tour 2004-2005", this summer. The trek is expected to last until the autumn of 2005.
