NIGHTWISH: Rescheduled New York Date Announced

February 8, 2005

NIGHTWISH's April 25 show at B.B. King's in New York City has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 6, according to the venue's web site. All tickets from the Apr. 25 date will be honored on Sept. 6.

As previously reported, NIGHTWISH's U.S. record label, Roadrunner, has confirmed that the group's previously announced U.S. headlining tour has been postponed until the fall (as first reported by BLABBERMOUTH.NET on Monday). The postponement is said to have been forced by "commitments close to home [Finland] on the part of vocalist Tarja Turunen."
