NIGHTWISH: 'The Islander' E-Card Available

An e-card for NIGHTWISH's upcoming "The Islander" single is available at this location. Due May 30, the third single off NIGHTWISH's "Dark Passion Play" album is available in several formats, including the CD/DVD digipack featuring the following tracks:

Disc 1:

01. The Islander (edit)
02. The Islander (full-length version)
03. Escapist (instrumental version)
04. Meadows of Heaven (orchestral version)

Disc 2:

01. "The Islander" video (edit)

03. "The making Of The Islander" documentary

NIGHTWISH is finalizing the time period to return to North America in 2009 for what looks to be a springtime tour.

The video for "The Islander" was shot last autumn in Rovaniemi, Finland and was directed by Stobe Harju. Watch it below.
