NIGHTWISH: 'The Islander' Video Posted Online

"The Islander", the new video from Finnish/Swedish symphonic metal band NIGHTWISH, can be viewed below. The clip was was shot last autumn in Rovaniemi, Finland and was directed by Stobe Harju. The video premiered yesterday (Monday, April 14) on MTV Finland's show "Spanking New".

"The Islander" single will be released on May 21 and will include the following tracks:

01. The Islander
02. Escapist (instrumental version)
03. Meadows Of Heaven (orchestral version)

Additionally, it will include the videos for "The Islander" and "Bye Bye Beautiful".

NIGHTWISH recently announced the dates for its fall 2008 U.S. tour with SONATA ARCTICA. Tickets are on sale now exclusively through EnterTheVault.com until May 10, at which point they will be made available through all normal ticketing systems.
