OBITUARY Perform In Barcelona Without Guitarist TREVOR PERES

OBITUARY guitarist Trevor Peres was forced to miss the band's performance in Barcelona, Spain on Friday (January 27) after he was unable to fly out of Italy due to severe weather conditions.

Commented vocalist John Tardy: "Trevor decided to stay in Italy on our day off and was going to fly into Barcelona. Unfortunately the airport there was snowed in and he could not leave. He is on a plane now and will be [in Madrid, Spain in time for tonight's show]!!!"

OBITUARY are touring in support of their latest CD, "Frozen in Time", which was released in July 2005 via Roadrunner Records. The group's first collection of new songs since 1997's "Back from the Dead" was self-produced by the band, with Mark Prator and Scott Burns engineering, and was mastered by Tom Morris at Morrisound.
