OBSCENE GESTURE Signs With XTREEM MUSIC

Los Angeles old-school thrashcore band OBSCENE GESTURE, which features in its ranks Chuck Profus (original AGENT STEEL drummer),George Robb (original AGENT STEEL bassist) and Juan Garcia (AGENT STEEL guitarist; ex-ABATTOIR, EVILDEAD),has inked a deal with Xtreem Music for the release of its full-length debut, entitled "Living in Profanity".

Due on August 1, "Living in Profanity" was produced by Rob Hill (CYPRESS HILL, POWERMAN 5000, AGENT STEEL, TOURETTES) and includes 21 tracks at a blistering 37 minutes. The band is currently setting up a West Coast tour, including dates with fellow L.A. bands AGENT STEEL and INSECTICIDE.

According to a press release, OBSCENE GESTURE's music is "a relentless mixture of old-school '80s thrash, hardcore and punk in the vein of bands like D.R.I., CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER, NUCLEAR ASSAULT, SLAYER, LETHAL AGGRESSION, CRUMBSUCKERS and THE ACCUSED."
