OFFICIUM TRISTE To Sign With DISPLEASED RECORDS

May 19, 2005

Dutch "atmospheric doomsters" OFFICIUM TRISTE have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Okay, first of all we'd like to mention that our demo '94 isn't available anymore. The few copies we still had found their way to some people who reacted very quickly. If you're still interested in listening to our first effort you can download the songs from the sample-page.

"After the re-release of our '97 debut album, 'Ne Vivam', on vinyl through Badger Records in 2004, the album will be re-released on CD as well through Serpent's Lair Productions from Russia. This CD will contain a remastered version of the original Teutonic Existence Records release plus an additional bonus track in the form of a re-recorded version of the song 'Mountains of Depressiveness', which originally appeared on the '96 sold-out 7" EP with the same title. The re-release is expected this summer.

"Last but not least, Displeased Records has shown interest in continuing working with OFFICIUM TRISTE. We feel very positive about this offer so we're quite sure you can expect our upcoming album being released through Displeased."
