OM, the duo formed by Al Cisneros (bass, vocals) and Chris Hakius (drums),both founding members of legendary doom pioneers SLEEP, will release its third full-length album, "Pilgrimage", on October 2 via Southern Lord Recordings. The CD was recorded at Electrical Audio in Chicago, Illinois by Steve Albini and is currently being mastered by Bob Weston (also in SHELLAC) at Chicago Mastering Services.

According to a press release, "Pilgrimage" "expands on their unique use of riff… cadence… chant.. as heard on previous recordings yet finds the band expanding their vision into new territories.
