ONSLAUGHT: New Lineup Revealed

More information has surfaced about the reformed lineup of the classic U.K. thrash outfit ONSLAUGHT, which will be teaming up with EXODUS, OCCULT, KATAKLYSM, UNLEASHED, BEHEMOTH, and PRIMORDIAL for the X-Mass Festivals 2005 European tour in December. Joining guitarist Nige Rockett, drummer Steve Grice, vocalist Sy Keeler and bassist Jim Hinder will be the group's latest addition, guitarist Alan Jordan (ex-MIRROR MIRROR, FRANKENSTEIN). A debut gig has been penciled in for November 25 at the Fleece in Bristol. A new studio album is also planned for early 2006.

ONSLAUGHT recorded three albums in the late 1980s — including the underrated "In Search of Sanity" (1989, Polydor),featuring ex-GRIM REAPER frontman Steve Grimmett — before calling it a day.
