OPETH Guitarist Ties The Knot

September 20, 2004

OPETH guitarist Peter Lindgren married longtime girlfriend Jessica Svensson on August 21 at Gålögården outside Stockholm, Sweden.

In other news, Peaceville Records reportedly have plans to release a 5.1 surround sound mix re-release of OPETH's fourth album, "Still Life". More information will be made available soon.

Also on the OPETH-related front, OPETH session keyboardist Per Wiberg has laid down his keyboard tracks at Studio Fredman for the new SPIRITUAL BEGGARS album, tentatively due in early 2005. He also recently embarked on a shorter tour of Northern Sweden with legendary blues band SKY HIGH, led by famed guitarist Claes Yngström.
