The first airing of the ORANGE GOBLIN feature (including live footage and an interview with Martyn and Ben) can be seen next Friday, May 11. It will then be screened throughout the month.
ORANGE GOBLIN's new album, "Healing Through Fire", will be released through Sanctuary Records in the U.K. and rest of Europe on Monday, May 21, and in the U.S. and the rest of the world on Tuesday, June 26. According to the band, the record is definitely a progression from 2004's "Thieving from the House of God" and is based on its local history. Vocalist Ben Ward states that "it's not a concept album at all but we are using the theme of the Great Plague of London and the Great Fire that followed for a lot of lyrical and musical influence. It's definitely the strongest material we have written."
ORANGE GOBLIN recently announced that it will be playing its first-ever show on Polish soil on Saturday, June 2. The concert will take place at the Firlej Club in Wroclaw, Poland. Support will come from Polish band CORRUPTION.
