ORDER OF ENNEAD Guitarists Interviewed On 'Creep Show'

Vocalist/guitarist Kevin Quirion and guitarist John Li of the Tampa, Florida-based extreme metal act ORDER OF ENNEAD were interviewed for this week's episode of Noisecreep's "Creep Show", which can be heard/viewed below. Topics ranged from the band's growth since its 2008 eponymous debut to its unique lyrical approach and what it's like for Kevin to pull double duty in DEICIDE.

Both Kevin and John hang out for the entire episode so you'll also get to hear their thoughts on the latest metal news and releases. They also define what "philosophical virtuoso death metal" is all about.

"The Concept of Our Extinction", the new video from ORDER OF ENNEAD, can be viewed below.

Quirion and his company, Advanced Media, wanted to do "something fresher than the typical performance video where band members appear for the sole purpose of looking grim."

Commented Kevin: "The idea of the video follows the concept of the album — our want to prevent the inevitable end, but being unable to do so. We could have simply done a band performance video, but I'm tired of watching them and sick of videos that have nothing to do with the song. That's what a video is about anyway, the song.

"With actors, its easy for people to whine about the final product.

"For a shoestring budget, it turned out great, and if you don't like it, then we'll all be dead soon anyway."

"The Concept of Our Extinction" comes off ORDER OF ENNEAD's forthcoming album, "An Examination Of Being", which was recorded at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Mark Lewis (TRIVIUM, CHIMAIRA, ALL THAT REMAINS). The CD is scheduled for release on May 4 in North America and April 26 in Europe via Earache Records.
