Original TOKYO BLADE Singer Completes Script For Film About Band
September 26, 2007Original TOKYO BLADE vocalist Alan Marsh has written the script for a film about the band which currently has a working title of "When the Lights Go Down". He has also recorded new versions of TOKYO BLADE classics "Night of the Blade" and "If Heaven Is Hell", and has also written and recorded two new songs for inclusion in the film with former TOKYO BLADE members Colin Riggs, Marc Angel and Ian "Attilla" Marshall.
As previously reported, TOKYO BLADE guitarist Andy Boulton has signed a deal with Razar Ice Records. Andy is currently recording his first solo disc for a tentative spring 2008 release. He has also completed work on a guitar-instruction DVD that will be made available in the fall of 2007. The TOKYO BLADE back catalog is also being remixed and remastered by Razar Ice and will be reissued with unreleased bonus and live tracks.
