ORPHANED LAND: 'ORwarriOR' Audio Teaser Posted Online; New Video Interview Available

September 8, 2009

The first audio teaser for "ORwarriOR", the long-awaited new album from Israel's progressive folk metal masters ORPHANED LAND, is available for streaming on the band's official web site.

ORPHANED LAND vocalist Kobi Farhi was interviewed by the Orphaned Disciples web site at last month's Brutal Assault festival in the Czech Republic. The chat is now available for viewing in two parts below.

"ORwarriOR" is due in late 2009/early 2010 via Century Media Records. The highly anticipated follow-up to 2004's "Mabool" is being mixed by legendary musician/producer Steven Wilson (PORCUPINE TREE, OPETH). Farhi states, "We are sure that together we will be able to deliver a fantastic album for the Middle Eastern metal scene and one of the most interesting and original albums the worldwide metal scene has ever known!"
