OZZY OSBOURNE: More Behind-The-Scenes Footage From 'Let Me Hear You Scream' Shoot
July 17, 2010AOL's Noisecreep has posted exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot for OZZY OSBOURNE's new single, "Let Me Hear You Scream". Renowned Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund — who has previously worked with METALLICA, SATYRICON, RAMMSTEIN, MADONNA and THE PRODIGY, among others — speaks about working with the Prince of Darkness and being inspired by his creativity. He also discusses how the performance footage — which is key to the video — was filmed with minimal lighting against a green screen, and that all the CGI work was down in post-production.
OZZY OSBOURNE's new album, "Scream", sold 81,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 4 on The Billboard 200 chart.
Osbourne's last album, "Black Rain", opened with 152,000 units back in May 2007 to enter the chart at No. 3. That number was in line with the 153,000 first-week tally registered by 2001's "Down to Earth", which debuted at No. 4.
