August 26, 2007

P.O.D. (a.k.a. PAYABLE ON DEATH) bassist Traa has scheduled the following clinics at Carvin stores in California:

Monday, August 27, Sacramento, CA (6:00 p.m.)
Wednesday, August 29, Santa Ana, CA (6:00 p.m.)
Thursday, August 30, Hollywood, CA (6:00 p.m.)
Friday, August 31, Covina, CA (6:00 p.m.)
Saturday, September 1, San Diego, CA (2:00 p.m.)

For details on each location, click www.carvin.com/clinics.

Commented Traa: These are free events and space is limited so show up early. Stick around so I can meet any of you that come down. I will be going over some of the songs off 'Payable On Death' and also 'Set Your Eyes To Zion', and maybe something from 'Testify'. Anyway, I am looking forward to spending time with you all. If you don't live in the California area... the crew will be videotaping some of this and will put it up on our YouTube page."

P.O.D.'s new album, "When Angels and Serpents Dance", is due late 2007/early 2008 via INO/Columbia. The CD is expected to feature a guest appearance by SUICIDAL TENDENCIES frontman Mike Muir.

A photo of Sandoval and Muir in the recording studio laying down tracks for the new P.O.D. CD, tentatively due in the fall, can be found at this location.

"Greatest Hits: The Atlantic Years", P.O.D.'s final release through Atlantic Records, arrived in stores in November.
