PAIN Announce Swedish Tour

Sweden's PAIN, the band led by acclaimed metal producer and HYPOCRISY frontman Peter Tägtgren, have announced the details of their Swedish tour in support of their upcoming CD, "Dancing With the Dead". The dates are as follows:

Jan. 27 – Malmö, SWE @ KB
Jan. 28 - Karlskrona, SWE @ Kino
Jan. 29 - Göteborg, SWE @ Sticky Fingers
Feb. 04 - Stockholm, SWE @ Klubben
Feb. 05 - Uppsala, SWE @ Norrlands Nations
Feb. 11 - Huskvarna, SWE @ Folketspark
Feb. 12 - Mariestad, SWE @ Klubb Caliber

Prior to the Swedish trek, PAIN will embark on a European tour with TIAMAT, THEATRE OF TRAGEDY and SIRENIA beginning on December 26 in Antwerpen, Belgium. A complete list of currently confirmed dates can be found at Pain.cd.

As previously reported, "Dancing With the Dead" is scheduled for release in February/March 2005 via Stockholm Records. A video for the first single from the upcoming CD, "Same Old Song", was scheduled to be shot with director Mikeadelica, who has previously worked with the group on the clips for "End Of The Line" and "Shut Your Mouth". Other songtitles set to appear on the album include "Don't Count Me Out", "Nothing", "Not Afraid To Die", "My Misery", "Dancing With the Dead", "Stay Away", "Third Wave", "The Table Has Turned", "Tear It Up", "Bye/Die" and "A Good Day To Die".

PAIN's last studio album, "Nothing Remains The Same", was released in 2002.
