PAIN CONFESSOR Report On Japanese Tour

May 29, 2006

Finnish metallers PAIN CONFESSOR have posted the following message on their official web site:

"PAIN CONFESSOR visited Japan for the first time during May 24-28, 2006. The band played two gigs in the Tokyo area, first one a showcase with AMORAL and NORTHER at Liquidroom venue and the second one at Dress Tokyu venue with AMORAL and local headbangers YOUTHQUAKE. Both shows were awesome for us. We didn't have a clue what kind of audiences to expect so the reception took us totally by surprise! We had a very good time with our Japanese friends and label representatives and all the Finnish bands and everyone part of our little excursion. We felt truly welcome and loved every second of our stay. We will be back."

As previously reported, PAIN CONFESSOR's video for their "Fall on Evil Days" single has been posted online at this location.

"Fall on Evil Days", which entered the Finnish single chart at position No. 15 earlier in the month, was the first single off PAIN CONFESSOR's sophomore album, "Fearrage", which was released in March via Megamania. The follow-up to 2004's "Turmoil" was recorded and mixed by Janne Saksa at Studio Sound Supreme and was produced by Janne Saksa and PAIN CONFESSOR. Check out audio samples of the tracks "Nemesis", "Feardom", "Another Door" and "Butterfly" at PainConfessor.com.
