PAIN: Paris Show Filmed/Recorded For Possible Use As 'Bonus S**t' On Next Album

April 9, 2008

PAIN, the Swedish metal band fronted by HYPOCRISY's Peter Tgtgren, filmed its April 6, 2008 concert at the sold-out Zenith in Paris, France for possible use as "bonus shit on the next album." According to the group, Paris was "the best crowd we ever had, on any tour, ever."

Watch a short fan-filmed clip of PAIN's Paris performance below.

PAIN is currently touring Europe as the support act for NIGHTWISH.

The band recently recruited Ren Sebastian (photo) from ICONDEMN to play guitar on the second leg of the NIGHTWISH tour.

IN FLAMES bassist Peter Iwers makes a guest appearance on two songs on PAIN's latest album, "Psalms of Extinction".

PAIN's video for the track "Zombie Slam" is available for viewing at this location. The clip was shot in February 2007 in Los Angeles by Ralf Strathmann. Ralf previously worked as a director for artists like CHILDREN OF BODOM, APOCALYPTICA and SOILWORK. He is also a photographer for such bands as H.I.M., AEROSMITH and BLINK 182, to name but a few.
