PAIN To Film 'Monkey Business' Video

March 18, 2009

Swedish metallers PAIN, who kicked off a European tour with NIGHTWISH and INDICA on March 11 in London, will film a video for the song "Monkey Business" on March 23 and March 24 at the Zenith in Paris, France. The band says, "Get your asses to the front row, bring your PAIN t-shirts and flags and go fuckin mental when we do that song."

PAIN has relaunched its official tour diary at this location.

The NIGHTWISH trek will wrap on April 4 in Debrecen, Hungary.

A trailer for the tour can be viewed below.

PAIN's latest album, "Cynic Paradise", was released in Germany on October 31 via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to "Psalms of Extinction" (which was released in 2007 via Roadrunner) features "eleven gems offering a vast variety of styles and influences which are even new for PAIN," according to a press release. NIGHTWISH singer Anette Olzon makes a guest appearance on two tracks — "Follow Me" and "Feed Us". The artwork was created by renowned artist Travis Smith (AMORPHIS, OPETH, NEVERMORE).
