PAPA ROACH Frontman Shooting First Feature Film
November 3, 2005According to MTV.com, PAPA ROACH singer Jacoby Shaddix just began shooting his first feature film, an as-yet-untitled supernatural thriller directed by Ryan McKinney. Lou Diamond Phillips and Pam Grier are co-starring in the flick, which is shooting in Sacramento, near Shaddix's hometown of Vacaville, California.
As previously reported, PAPA ROACH have set a November 22 release date through Geffen for their DVD, entitled "Live & Murderous In Chicago". The disc will feature "80 minutes of the raw live energy PAPA ROACH is known for, shot in high definition at the Vic in Chicago," all of the band's videos, exclusive never-before-seen, all-access footage, a photo gallery, and more.
PAPA ROACH's 2004 album, "Getting Away With Murder", has sold 1 million copies in the United States since its release last fall, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
