PAPA WHEELIE bassist Joe Ledesma (a.k.a. Joefus) has formed a new metal band called KRUCIBLE. The group — who are completed by Satawn (vocals),Jason Lonich (guitar),and Eric Berry (drums) — will be performing live at Bourbon Street Bar & Grill in Concord, California on Saturday, April 12. Tentative plans exist to record a four-song EP in mid-May, with a tour to follow starting in June.

PAPA WHEELIE is the "stoner punk metal" crew consisting of Ledesma, former METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted (a.k.a. Jaylor) on guitar/vocals, and Steven Wiig (a.k.a. Swiiglor) on drums. The band have thus far released two albums — "Unipsycho" and "Live Lycanthropy" — through Jason's Chophouse Records.
