PARADISE LOST Announces Headlining Show At Jaxx

May 1, 2007

British gothic metal pioneers PARADISE LOST have announced a headlining show at Jaxx in West Springfield, Virginia on November 18. Tickets go on sale exclusively through EnterTheVault.com on Friday, May 4 and through usual outlets on Thursday, May 24.

PARADISE LOST will support NIGHTWISH on the Finnish band's upcoming U.S. headlining tour, which is scheduled to launch on October 15 at Jaxx (a concert which has officially sold out).

An e-card for PARADISE LOST's upcoming album, "In Requiem", has been made available at this location. The e-card includes three tracks from the CD — "Never for the Damned", "Ash & Debris" and "The Enemy", the latter of which has just been released as a single (in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy only). You can also watch the video (in the "Media" section) for "The Enemy", which was shot in March on the Crimean peninsula in Yalta with the Ukrainian director Edward 209. Edward 209 already proved his talent with dark and bizarre looking videos for FRONT 242 and IN STRICT CONFIDENCE, and you can expect something really special. Check out pictures from the video shoot: Photo#1, Photo#2. The CD artwork was created by Greek artist Seth, whose gloomy designs already graced releases by HEAVEN SHALL BURN and ROTTING CHRIST, among others.

PARADISE LOST will support TYPE O NEGATIVE on their upcoming U.K. dates in June. The details are as follows:

June 19 - Academy 2 - Manchester
June 20 - Academy - Birmingham
June 21 - Astoria - London
