PAUL GILBERT Putting Finishing Touches On Concert DVD

April 8, 2005

RACER X/ex-MR. BIG guitarist Paul Gilbert has posted the following message on his official web site:

"GET READY!! I've decided that 2005 is the year I will tour the world!

"Of course, I will be playing lots of songs from my new CD, entitled 'Space Ship One', along with other favorites and some surprises.

"Over the last few weeks, I've been working on the final details of my new concert DVD. It is called 'Space Ship Live' and I'm very happy with it. The main concert is 16 songs recorded live at Cello Studios in Hollywood and mixed in 5.1 surround sound. In addition there are lots of extra guitar solos, rare acoustic versions, and killer alternate takes. 12 extra songs altogether for a total of 28 songs! The DVD features Linus of Hollywood on bass, and Marco Minnemann on drums. I don't know the release dates yet, but I'll announce them as soon as I get some."
