PAUL STANLEY Confirms KISS Will Tour U.S. Next Summer, Discusses Collection Of Re-Recordings

September 18, 2008

A brand new interview with KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley which aired on "Elliot in the Morning", a morning radio talk show hosted by DJ Elliot Segal, can be downloaded as an MP3 audio file at this location. During the interview, Paul mentions that he has begun doing metal sculptures and confirms that KISS will continue the Alive/35 Tour in the U.S. in the summer of 2009. He also discusses "Jigoku-Retsuden", the recently released (in Japan) KISS greatest-hits CD featuring all-new recordings of 15 KISS classics.

"Jigoku-Retsuden" was released last month via DefSTAR Records/Sony Music Japan. The tracks on the CD feature Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer. A limited-edition version of the CD includes a bonus "Kissology Special" DVD with live footage from KISS' legendary 1977 performance at Budokan.
