PEARL JAM, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, FOO FIGHTERS Members Get Together For Superjam

According to The Pulse Of Radio, PEARL JAM guitarist Mike McCready hosted the first-ever "Peak To Sky" music festival in Big Sky, Montana over the weekend (July 6 and July 7),a two-day event featuring performances from McCready's visual and arts project INFINITE COLOR & SOUND, Brandi Carlile and others.

The festivities were capped with an all-star super jam consisting of McCready, Carlile, GUNS N' ROSES bassist Duff McKagan, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, and FOO FIGHTERS drummer Taylor Hawkins.

Among the songs the supergroup performed were LED ZEPPELIN's "Moby Dick", "Good Times, Bad Times" and "Dazed And Confused", VAN HALEN's "Eruption", AEROSMITH's "Sweet Emotion", Prince's "Purple Rain", David Bowie and QUEEN's "Under Pressure", Bowie's "Moonage Daydream" and "Ziggy Stardust", plus others.

FOO FIGHTERS are doing scattered live dates throughout the summer, while both PEARL JAM and the CHILI PEPPERS are off the road and reportedly working on new albums.
