PENTACLE: 'Under the Black Cross' Picture Disc To Be Released

November 6, 2006

Wannes Gubbels of the long-running Dutch death metallers PENTACLE has issued the following update:

"Iron Pegasus Records will release a picture disc version of our 'Under the Black Cross' album. For the very first time, this album will be accompanied by the lyrics. Way more people than ever expected made their inquiries for the lyrical content of 'Under the Black Cross', so I decided to go public with the tales of death. To support the lyrical concept I've used several photos for the new layout of the trip I made to St. Nazaire last year. Each photo is linked to its specific lyrics, so you should get an interesting view of this historical battleground. On top of that, Manuel Tinnemans made another outstanding piece of artwork for the cover of the picture disc. Combined with a booklet containing loads of unpublished photos and a cool layout, this should be an interesting release for all you maniacs. Never before a PENTACLE album has been released on regular vinyl and picture disc as well, so this will be another proud moment for us."

"Under the Black Cross" was released last year via Iron Pegasus Records.
