Perpetual Motion represents the first and most prominent online prog/power metal community. After an extended hiatus, the original and legendary Perpetual Motion is back online and in full force. In the past, prog and power metal fans and musicians alike flocked en masse to PM to share their love for the genre and relative components, such as prog rock and AOR. With an expanded and divergent sub-genre palette that now includes extreme and technical metal, the new Perpetual Motion community is stronger than ever and now poised to reinvent the prog/power equation yet again.
