Khaosmaster Productions will release a "lost-and-found" 1989 gem from PHOBIC INSTINCT, the old-school thrash band led by vocalist Mem Von Stein (EXUMER, SUN DESCENDS). The LP, which was never released by the original label, the legendary No Remorse Records (SACROSANCT, BLIND GUARDIAN),will made available for the first time in April.
