PLACE OF SKULLS, the Knoxville, Tennessee-based band featuring former PENTAGRAM guitarist Victor Griffin, have been confirmed for the Doom Shall Rise 3 festival, set to take place April 15-16 in Göppingen, Germany. Doom Shall Rise is the world's biggest festival exclusively dedicated to doom metal. The complete billing for the event is as follows:
