POISON Featuring CINDERELLA Bassist: Video Available

September 12, 2009

Bassist Eric Brittingham of the multi-platinum '80s hard rock band CINDERELLA filled in for Bobby Dall on the last few shows of POISON's just-completed tour with DEF LEPPARD and CHEAP TRICK after Dall was either taken ill or was dealing with other personal issues (depending on which rumor you choose to believe).

Video footage of POISON frontman Bret Michaels introducing Brittingham to the audience at the band's September 6, 2009 concert at the San Manuel Amphitheatre San Bernardino, California can be viewed below. Also available is footage of the "Talk Dirty To Me" performance from the same show (both courtesy of "tarantulaman").

BON JOVI's bass player Hugh McDonald filled in for Dall at the August 25 POISON concert at USANA Amphitheatre in West Valley City, Utah. According to the Deseret News, McDonald stepped up to the plate just 20 minutes before POISON was scheduled to go on stage. Rather than cancel their set, Michaels said McDonald volunteered his services and took a crash course in learning several POISON songs.
