August 1, 2008

UK's Southern Daily Echo reports: Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted during a recent ALICE COOPER concert at Southampton Guildhall.

The 48-year-old man got into a dispute with another concert-goer and during the scuffle that broke out he was punched several times in the face.

He received facial injuries including a fractured eye socket.

The two men involved were sitting in the balcony area watching the concert on July 25 at about 9:00 p.m. when the dispute started.

Police are now appealing for anyone who saw the incident to contact them. One of the men involved was bare-chested at the time and had earlier removed his artificial leg.
