POWERMAN 5000 To Release New Album This Year
May 28, 2007POWERMAN 5000 has posted the following message on its MySpace page:
"Considering the band's track record of putting out CDs once every three years it seems hard to believe that, yes, we will put out a new disc in 2007!! It's all just beginning to develop and the wheres, whos and whats are to be determined but new rock is on the way!!"
POWERMAN 5000 recently parted ways with guitarists Johnny Heatley and Terry Corso but has yet to officially announce their replacements.
POWERMAN 5000's latest album, "Destroy What You Enjoy", was produced by Mudrock (AVENGED SEVENFOLD, GODSMACK),who also co-produced POWERMAN 5000's major label debut, "Mega!! Kung Fu Radio". The CD was recorded at the Hobby Shop in Eagle Rock, CA and was mixed by Dave Schiffman (AUDIOSLAVE, JOHNNY CASH, SYSTEM OF A DOWN).
