Previously Unreleased KURT COBAIN Track Surfaces On EARTH Reissue

Former NIRVANA drummer and current FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS bassist Flea were two of the celebrities present at the January 30th Hollywood gig of ex-NIRVANA bassist Krist Novoselic's new band EYES ADRIFT, which is completed by SUBLIME drummer Bud Gaugh and MEAT PUPPETS guitarist/vocalist Curt Kirkwood. In related news, Rolling Stone magazine has reported that a previously unreleased Kurt Cobain track has surfaced on an album by experimental Seattle rock band EARTH. Cobain apparently contributed lead vocals to a 1990 song called "Divine and Bright”, which has just been made available as one of four bonus tracks on a reissue of EARTH's 1995 Sunn Amps and Smashed Guitars EP through Philadelphia's No Quarter Records.
